A Calmer Foundation for Connection
TM does not teach relationship or communication skills directly. Its contribution is more fundamental: by allowing deep rest and helping reduce accumulated stress, regular practice may support steadier emotions and less automatic reactivity.
When stress is lower and the mind is clearer, we listen more fully, respond more thoughtfully and bring greater patience to the people around us.
